Trade Show Exhibit
Challenge
Because it would be impossible to compete with the Coca Cola booth on their terms, my goal was to create an exhibit space that would act as a foil, rather than trying to be “bigger and better.”
Highlights
- The exhibit layout is wide open, with the back wall to the Coca Cola exhibit, effectively shielding visitors from being overwhelmed by the competitor;
- Open layout feels like a gallery, furthered by the art to be printed directly on the wall (American Express buzzwords, woven in with marketing information);
- Standing tables encourage visitors to interact with each other while taking a break from the cacophony of the trade show.
